10 Days Istanbul – Antalya – Cappadocia Tour

Day 1- Istanbul
On your arrival at Istanbul Airport you will be met by one of our staff and transferred to your hotel in Istanbul. The rest of the day is free time for you to explore this magical city. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2- Istanbul-Half Day Bosphorus Tour ( B )
After having your breakfast at your hotel, you will be picked up for a half day morning Bosphorus tour to have an unforgettable day. You will have a chance to see;
Spice Market, an exotic, oriental atmospheric covered bazaar that is full of with good quality food products and souvenirs.
Golden Horn, a natural harbour that makes the city very important, separates the old city from the new city.
City Walls, the whole part of the old city has been surrounded by these admirable city walls since the fifth century.
Bosphorus by Boat, the boat tour is done between two continents, full of the most expensive pavilions and palaces.
End of the tour transfer to your hotel and it will be your free afternoon to discover the charming beauty of old city on your own. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 3- Istanbul to Antalya ( B )
Breakfast at your hotel, we pick you up from your hotel in Istanbul, transfer to airport for a flight to Antalya, arrive in Antalya then you will be met at the airport by one of our staff and transfer to your hotel. It will be your free day on your own to discover the natural and historical beauties of Antalya. Walk in the narrow streets of old town called ‘ Kaleici ‘ or watch the sailing boats departing from the harbour of old town. Overnight in Antalya.
Day 4-Demre Myra Kekova Tour from Antalya ( B / L )
Breakfast at your hotel then you will be picked up from your hotel and depart Antalya and travel to Demre to visit the best examples of Lycian tombs at Myra and the church of St. Nicholas.
We will travel to one of the most beautiful parts of Antalya to visit the ruined city of Myra with its impressive Lycian rock-cut tombs. View the ancient amphitheater and the Church of St. Nicholas, dedicated to the saintly man who became the model father for Christmas.
Enjoy a boat trip across the sea to Kekova Island. Beneath the clear waters you can see the remains of Simena, a city ravaged by earthquakes around two thousand years ago.
After lunch, sail over turquoise waters to the picturesque Kekova Island. Discover the extraordinary underwater ruins of the sunken city of Simena and visit the noteworthy Lycian necropolis at Teimiussa. You may swim and snorkel.
End of the day drive to Antalya and transfer to your hotel.
Day 5 - Daily Boat Cruise in Antalya ( B / L )
Breakfast at your hotel then you will be picked up from your hotel and transfer to Kemer Marina, you will have a unique chance to travel by a romantic wooden yacht by the turquoise south-coast. Our trip will start by arrival at Kemer marina. At Kemer marina, you'll be embarked a wooden yacht which will take you to Phaselis, passing through the pine forests and the Taurus Mountains. The area is probably the most charming coast of the Turkish Riviera. You will have a chance to swim in clear-blue water and dive with snorkels during the trip to Olympos. You will have your lunch on the boat. The trip will continue through the three-island location. After a swimming break close to these islands, the trip will continue through Kemer yacht port where the busses are awaiting. We will transfer you to your hotel in Antalya. Overnight in Antalya
Day 6- Antalya - Perge Aspendos Side Tour ( B / L )
After breakfast we will pick you up from your hotel and a full day guided tour will start.
Perge, a great ancient city with city walls, theatre, agora, Hellenistic Stadium. An important city of ancient Parnphylia, originally settled by the Hittites around 1500 BC. St.Paul visited Perge on his first missionary journey.
Kursunlu Waterfalls, a fascinating waterfall and natural surroundings.
Aspendos, an ancient Lycian city with the best preserved Roman Theatre. The Theater was built by Zenon, one of the most famous architects of the time in the 2nd century AD.
Side, an ancient harbour which means pomegranate in the old Anatolian Sidetan language. It is famous for its pretty resort towns, ancient ruins, beautiful sandy beaches, numerous shops and extensive tourist accommodations welcomes the visitors.
End of the tour you will be transfered to your hotel.
At the end of the day, you will take an overnight bus to Cappadocia which will take about ten hours by comfortable, airconditioned, non-smoking busses.
Day 7- Cappadocia- North Tour ( L )
Upon arrival Cappadocia transfer to our agency and start a full day guided tour of Northern Cappadocia. We then visit the monastic complex of Goreme Open Air Museum with its astonishing rock-hewn architecture and vibrant frescoes; Uchisar Castle, the highest point of the rocky region; the lunar landscape of Devrent Valley; the lovely town of Avanos and famous for its pottery and painted tiles in Turkey; Pasabag Valley, which has some of the most stunning fairy chimneys in Cappadocia, Cavusin, an old Christian village and Urgup's fairy chimneys. End of the tour transfer to hotel and overnight stay in Cappadocia.
Day 8- Cappadocia -South Tour ( B / L )
After Breakfast at your hotel departure for your full day guided tour of Southern Cappadocia begins at Pigeon Valley, where you see thousands of pigeon houses lining the steep cliffs. A visit to one of the extraordinary underground cities Derinkuyu. At Selime Village you will be astonished by the beautiful churches carved out of the volcanic rocks. Visit Ihlara Valley, the most beautiful valley in Cappadocia. At the end of your tour we tranfer you to airport for a flight to Istanbul, after arrive in Istanbul transfer to hotel.
Day 9- Istanbul- City Tour ( B / L )
After breakfast we will pick you up from hotel and start a full day guided tour of old city in historical peninsula beginning with great museum Hagia Sophia, one of the greatest marvels of architecture, constructed as a basilica in the 6th century by Emperor Justinian.
Blue Mosque, facing Hagia Sophia, famous for its magnificent blue Iznik tiles and six unique minaretes, built in the name of Sultan Ahmet.
Hippodrome, center of sportive (chariot races, athletics) events and political activities of the old city. Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpentine Column, German Fountain of Wilhelm II are the monuments decorating Hippodrome.
Topkapı Palace, residence of Ottoman Sultans exhibiting imperial treasury, sacred Islamic relics of Prophet Mohammed, kitchen, Chinese porcelain, weapons, calligraphy section etc. Feel yourself as a ruler of 15 th century. (Harem is not included in the program)
Rustem Pasa Mosque, designed by the court architect Sinan for the Grand Vizier of Suleyman The Magnificent. A typical sample of Islamic architecture amidst the rows of shops near the Spice Bazaar, famed with its exquisite and colorful tiles set in floral and geometric designs.
Grand Covered Bazaar, most attractive shopping and trade center of Istanbul and biggest "souk" in the world with nearly 4000 shops selling antiques, jewellery, gold, carpets, leatherware and souvenirs.

Day 10- Istanbul ( B )
After breakfast at your hotel, our tour concludes and it is time for us to say goodbye. We will take you to the airport in time for you to catch your international flight back home and we will wish you a very pleasant flight. We hope to see you again on another Pomegranate Tour.
